Is what you are doing working?

So you say you’ve been working out everyday?
You say you’ve been eating healthy... what does healthy mean?
You say you’ve been doing cardio more.. what cardio have you’ve been doing?
You say you’ve been going to sleep earlier.. but how have you’ve been sleeping?
Have you been tracking your food? Or are you just eating healthy food and thinking that is going to work?
Are you doing HIIT cardio everyday and not giving yourself a break and yet tings just aren’t working?
Is the weight finally not going down and you are finally stalled out but yet your calories are already low and you are hangry?
Are you giving yourself a rest day to allow your mind and body to recover ?
What things are you doing daily are really working?
A mistake repeated more than once is a decision.
What I mean by this in terms of health/fitness/nutrition is that if you keep doing the same things that aren’t really working.. you are making a decision to fail yourself.
This is why you work with someone to fix the things that aren’t working for you.
If you are doing things that aren’t working... why do you keep doing them?
Why haven’t you switched things up? Why haven’t you asked for help? Why haven’t you hired someone to help?
Why would you constantly do something that isn’t working.. that is like studying for a test... with a different book than everyone else.
All you are doing is wasting your time and your results.
So again... is what you are doing daily actually working? And if it isnt... why isn’t it?
