I promise you didn’t ruin your progress in one day or one week.


This is why you diet to go on a vacation. So you can enjoy all the food and drinks.


This is why you still find a way to be active during the holidays or say screw it and just enjoy the holidays.


You didn’t ruin your progress and the holidays didn’t make you any worse than you already were.


If you were 80% leading up to the holidays. It was just a bump in the road of this long journey.


If you didn’t do anything prior to the holidays.. this is your starting point, be okay with that.


If you are starting a progress post holidays. Don’t be happy that you hit your weight that you were at pre holidays ... that is what you want to hit. Then set a new goal.


Weight gain in a day or a week is fake and weight. It takes real time to lose or gain weight.


It’s going to constantly bug me when you say that your progress isn’t going fast enough or that your progress is ruined because you ate a dozen of cookies.
