It’s okay to feel down sometimes.. but please bring yourself back up

I get it.. life isn’t the best at times.


Life gets in the way of the good things sometimes.


Life will bring you down.. especially in a pandemic right?


You can become discouraged about a lot of things.


Are you going to keep your job?

Is your health going to be fine?

Are my friends and family avoiding me?

What am I going to do about money?

What am I going to do to stay healthy?

What can I do about food?

As you can see.. there are going to be a lot of questions in this weird time but also just in general.

However you can feel down.. you should be the one to bring yourself back up. If you keep all the negativity in you... and bring it up to yourself.. it’s the only thing that can stick around.

Below and in the pictures are some things that you can do when you are feeling down but have to will yourself back!

  • “This is tough but so am I” what it means is.. life sucks but you are tougher than the lowest moments of your day or life

  • “I may not be able to control the situation but I am in charge of how I respond” what this means is as much as you want to control the situation... you can’t.. however you can be in control of how you respond. It’s like learning how to lose or fail helps you!

  • “I haven’t figured this out... but I will” you only know what you know.. seems dumb but until you want to learn more.. you won’t.

  • “The challenge is here to teach me something” life has a way of constantly testing us and helping us grow.. allow it too!

  • “All I need to do is take it one step at a time. Breathe. And do the right next thing” you can’t skip the process .. however you can slow down and be okay with it. Never think about the next bad thing you can do.. like eating bad or skipping a workout or etc.. find the next right thing to do and go do it!
