It won’t be easy

I am not saying it will be easy by any means. But I can promise it will be worth it.

This is a special post for me because this was the transformation I laid out for my dad.

He much like me and others... woke up one day and realized... I can’t do this anymore.. I need to make a change.

He knew it was going to be easy by any means. He knew it was going to take some time to get the results he wanted.

He was willing to wait and bite his tongue knowing things will fall into place. I did not go and do anything special for him... but he put in the work.

I’ve told him just like others... I can give you the keys to the car but I can’t make you drive it anywhere.

You have to be willing to constantly put in work and follow the plan. When things stop working, we make some changes.

There is no shortcut to hard work and there is no shortcut to get the results you want that are going to take months.

This is 40lbs and 6 inches off his waist.

There is never a date that is too late to start.

You have to be willing to put in the work and be okay with that process of waiting and being happy with small goals.

I am super proud of my dad and him being okay with the process and allowing me to coach him and follow along.
