Just keep going.. I know it sucks to start.. I know it sucks to keep going..


Set a small goal each week and reward yourself when you hit it.


Give yourself time.

Do not rush this.. be happy with the slow process and don’t give up when something goes wrong one day.

I know it sucks to try and be “perfect”. It just has to start..


You have to be willing to start and make the change.


It’s going to be uncomfortable... but get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Face your fears.. actually just get rid of them.


Go past your breaking points.


Don’t care about what your friends or the people at the gym or especially some people you follow on social media are doing or saying.


Focus on yourself and your goals. Your goals are the only ones that matter.


This was my fresh start two years ago.. or so I thought. I was fed up with everything and wanted to make a change.


However less than 12 hours later.. I was laying in a hospital bed basically paralyzed on my right side.


However two days later I was back on the treadmill walking at 2mph because I knew I still had to change.


Year later in middle pictures was through 7 months of bulking.. felt great with the progress but I knew I was going to compete again sometime.


So now here I am about 4 months post shows because I started and I didn’t give up with things got tough... just keep going.


Don’t worry about weight and nutrition so much.. just be you.. improve your health.. improve your mood.. improve everything!
