Keep moving forward

If you can’t fly then run. If you can’t run then walk.
If you can’t walk then crawl.
But whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.
One of my favorite quotes of all time and especially this time of the year and even more so today on MLK’s birthday.
I love this quote because it’s such a motivation in the world of anything in particular but I will use it at motivation in the fitness world.
I use it in this space because too many give up just way too easy. Too many people see too many obstacles.
Too many people see things happening around them and think I can’t do that so I shouldn’t do anything.
Too many people look at the problems but don’t look at the solution.
Too many people think 6 months is too long so why do 6 days.
If you can’t walk then crawl is how I explain this journey. You shouldn’t try and fly when you can barley crawl.
Do not go into this journey trying to do more than you can. You will end up disappointed.
Much like with MLK, if he would have given up because his message was being viewed the same way it was at the end.. he would not been able to make such an impact.
That is the problem with majority of people.. they do not see the small wins and the ability to keep moving forward because they want the end goal.
This journey will not be easy.. I will be honest.
I’ve been through it multiple times but I knew that I have to keep moving forward to eventually help you.
If it were easy... everyone would have the same results and no one would need to hire someone to help them.
That is why coaches hire coaches. We know that we have to keep learning and moving forward just like you do.
Just keep moving forward. Keep going after your goals. If you can’t walk then crawl. You will be happy that you didn’t give up.
