Learn how to eat more and lose fat

As you can see with this weight loss journey over the past month.. the weight loss per day hasn’t been consistent.


Yet it actually has been consistent because I didn’t screw up.


I didn’t say “oh I gained a lb.. now I can’t eat”


The weight spikes will happen every night to be honest.


Many times it’s spikes because you are stressed... you drank more water the day before.. you haven’t taken a pee... and you haven’t taken a poop.


I know it’s wild to think you should lose weight everyday... but for some reason you think you should?


Same thing .. if your energy is higher.. your sex drive is higher.. your sleep is better .. your workouts are better.. and you feel like a better person...


Did that one lb really matter?


Why do you think you must give up every time the weight spikes.


If so I would have given up almost every other day..


Which is actually what you will do because you have nothing you accountable.


You think you have to change everything everyday. Or cut out eating or actually add in more cardio.


Well yah you might lose more weight the day after or days after.. but then what? What happens when you stall?


Are you going to cut out more food?


Are you going to do more cardio?
