Leave the scale in 2020

What I mean with this is that you should not be paying too much attention to the scale.
I did this study for you to show how my weight gaining process is going and how much it can go up and down especially with cheat meals and high calories.
The scale is not a marker in what you are or how you should feel.
This is because you could weigh the same and feel like a completely different person.
The scale can go up and down and up and down like a horrible roller coaster ride.
You actually think the scale means something but really you just want to have a body recomposition.
Your weight gain and lost journey will not be a straight line as much as you want it to be.
You do not need to make drastic changes every time the scale decides to go up and down.
The scale can fluctuate everyday as you can see by my photo for this.
Yet I’m not adding calories or dropping calories anytime it does because all we want is progress.
In a month I have “gained” 3 lbs. That 3lbs is good enough for me because I know it is not fully 3lbs of muscle because I am not as lean as I once was.
When you want to gain weight... you must be in a calorie surplus... That doesn’t mean eat everything in sight.
When you want to lose weight.. you must be in a calorie deficit... that doesn’t mean eat nothing and fast all day.
Be okay with the roller coaster and your body and mind will love you more.
I hope you enjoyed this!
