I saw a post from one of my clients this week in regards to the Keto diet and all the talk about it.
I don’t know what all they hype is about these fad diets or fad workouts places or programs but.... hire a coach and listen.
All things work though... I will never recommend the keto diet.. orange theory... CrossFit.. carnivore diet.. juice cleanse... etc because those things don’t just work... unless....
YOU ARE IN A CALORIE DEFICIT!!!
If you feel like you are not losing weight when you are working and doing cardio... your calorie deficit you thought you were in can now be higher than what it should be or it can be your maintenance.
This is why you should constantly be checking in with your coach and giving them your weight. They will fix your diet for you and help you lose weight.
Stop trying to over complicate things especially a diet. If a coach or nutritionist or someone who knows this stuff... wrote you something out.. follow it. We’ve studied this or done this.. stop listening to hype videos or post on social media because it worked a famous person .. trust me they doing other things.
If you reached out to a friend or a coach who knows this stuff.. listen to them.. follow along... be patient... and see results.
Yes you will lose weight in keto... very quickly and then you will balloon back up if you don’t know how to rebound. If you are a female and do keto.. you will do worse for your insides on keto too.
Also stop caring what your Apple Watch says your calories burnt is... it doesn’t mean you can eat that much or eat that much more.
Listen to your coach and follow along... we are here to help you and we will make you as better you.
