Life is slowly starting to get back to normal for most of us.

Kids are going back to school, sports are starting back up, most of us are going back to work full time, we are able to do a few more things than we were before.

So life was boring for months... and now life is becoming busier than we expected very quick.

So what can you do stay mentally strong when life is coming at you like a full speed train.

  1. - every morning or day write down three things that you are greatful for. Start your day out with a positive not a negative like Facebook or the news.

  2. Never argue with a stranger. Same thing as number 1 sort of.. why get on Facebook and argue with a stranger or a friend on Facebook... trust me your opinion is not better than theirs.

  3. Celebrate your success more often. “If you aren’t your favorite flavor of ice cream.. you are licking the wrong flavor”. You should be more proud of yourself more often. You are doing amazing.

  4. Stop comparing yourself to others and focus more on yourself. Who cares what job or career or car or whatever someone else got? They have a different life than you.. let them and worry about yourself.

  5. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Let yourself realize that you have to eat shit occasionally and that you are going to fail and things will get tough. It makes you come back stronger.

  6. Declutter hour life by throwing away things that you haven’t used in a long time. There is plenty in your life that you can get rid of. Just take a look around.

  7. Use more positive words. Stop being a negative Nancy.. no one likes it or you when you are. Try and be positive for once. I promise it will change you.

  8. Cry when you are really sad. Things get rough.. I get that. Let it out and move forward with it. When you let it out, you will feel better.

  9. Spend some time alone regularly. Be an independent person. Stop relying on someone else to do things for you. You are only hurting yourself.. trust me.

i hope you enjoyed this!
