Monday motivation “Find someone to go with you”

Find someone to go with you. Find someone to grow with you. Find someone to challenge you.

You are more likely to succeed when you have someone to find you accountable. If you feel like that is a friend or a family member go that route. Make it a family challenge.

If you think it’s a coworker, make it a bet or challenge with that coworkers. Make it an office challenge or an office team setting, reward your workers or coworkers.

If you think it’s a coach or a trainer or a facility such as Orange Theory or something like MyZone. Go that route. If you want me to be your accountability tracker, reach out to me!

As you can see I have many things keeping me accountable which is why I keep going and why I think you can succeed as well!

I have two coaches through Team Stines. Tyler Frasher and Tyler Stines keeping me accountable for the last two years. They are always willing to give feedback and guidance to make me a better athlete and improve.

I also have my Dad. Which is what the picture is. It is so easy to stay accountable with him by my side. See he thinks I’m his motivation... but really he’s mine. I know if I stay accountable and work hard... he’s right there with me working just as hard.

We both had a goal two years ago to just improve and boy have we. Having him being accountable and keeping me accountable makes being a healthier individual so much easier.

So again... find someone to go with you. Hell it can even be your significant other. Make it a bet/challenge. Eat healthy for a month, lose weight each week, 100000 steps for month, etc and whoever loses has to buy dinner or date night or whatever.

Make a new lifestyle fun, this stuff doesn’t have to suck trust me. Use the fun things in life to drive you.
