My Top 4 Values in Life and How they relate to health and fitness.

This is a post for me as much as it is for you.
You will get an understanding of why I do what I do.
You will begin to see why I have switched from improving just myself to improving others.
After last nights podcast. It really lit another fire in my life in regards to the health and fitness part of my life.
So with this post I want explain my four values I use and put towards my clients.
Passion. This is my passion. This is what I love to do. I will literally learn anything to help anyone. If something isn’t working.. I will figure out what and why it isn’t working and change it. I love learning about health and fitness. I will use that passion to figure out all the things you wanted to but don’t want to.
Purpose. I truly believe that this is my main purpose now. I’ve said it a bunch but I won’t to impact 1000 people in my lifetime. I find that helping people gives me more reward in my life than reaching my own goals. I just want to help as many people as possible because I think that is what I am made to do.
Dedication. You have to be willing to want this. You have to be dedicated to the process. You have to be dedicated to the frustration and the things that might not work. This is nothing something you can start and stop all the time. Things won’t work all the time.. stay dedicated and keep going.
Enjoyment. I get so much enjoyment seeing my friends and clients reach their goals. I get some much enjoyment seeing what I learned help someone. I get so much enjoyment seeing my friends and clients achieve small wins that lead to big wins.
As you can see. I really enjoy what I have started and done in the past year. This is what I am wanting to do. If you let me help you.. you won’t be disappointed.
