P.U.L.S.E SERIES - Lifestyle Descriptions

After working with Sam Miller for the past 6 or so months and learning from him for a year.


This was an easy series I wanted to write about.


This is mostly because when I ask my questions in my questionnaire after we connect about my becoming your coach.


The method is PULSE and everyday I will explain what each letter stands for and why I use that to my advantage to be able to help you more.


The next letter is L. Which stands for lifestyle description.


What this means is… how is your lifestyle different than mine… than Chad’s.. than Karen’s.. etc


Who cooks for you or for your family? Is it just you? Do you have two kids? Does your significant other cook?


What do you do for work? Do you sit on your butt all day? Are you doing manual labor? Are you on your feet walking all day? Do you work 12 hours? 8 hours?


What type of foods do you have access too? Is it vegan related? Is it keto related? Can you buy a bunch of protein foods? Can you get protein powder?


What is your gym routine? Do you go to a gym? Do you go to group fitness classes? Do you work out at home? Do you only run?


When do you sleep and how do you sleep? Do you take anything to sleep? Do you take anything to wake?


So as you can see everyone has a different lifestyle… so how can I give you the same diet? How can I set up a diet that a macro calculator says too? How can I be a boring ass coach and hope for the best..?


Well the answer is.. I won’t. I ask a lot of questions because you deserve that.
