P.U.L.S.E SERIES - SHREDS

After working with Sam Miller for the past 6 or so months and learning from him for a year.


This was an easy series I wanted to write about.


This is mostly because when I ask my questions in my questionnaire after we connect about my becoming your coach.


The method is PULSE and everyday I will explain what each letter stands for and why I use that to my advantage to be able to help you more.


The next letter is S. Which stands for SHREDS - Sleep, Hunger, Recovery, Energy, Digestion, and Stress


This is your biofeedback of your body. This is what you are doing on a daily basis that is causing the problems.


This are the underlying factors that could be causing some problems.


So I will ask how your sleep is? Do you take anything to sleep? Do you sleep a lot? Do you sleep enough?


I will ask how your hunger is? Are you hungry all the time? Do you rarely eat? Do you eat a lot? Do you have a routine of eating?


What is your energy like? Do you feel awake? Do you feel tired? Do you drink caffeine? How is your energy in the gym?


What is your digestion doing these days? Do you have leaky gut? Do you not go at all? Do you go too often?


How is your stress? What do you do for your stress? Do you take anything? Do you do anything to fix it?


As you can see.. I ask a lot of questions.
