P.U.L.S.E SERIES - Understanding key motivators

After working with Sam Miller for the past 6 or so months and learning from him for a year.


This was an easy series I wanted to write about.


This is mostly because when I ask my questions in my questionnaire after we connect about my becoming your coach.


The method is PULSE and everyday I will explain what each letter stands for and why I use that to my advantage to be able to help you more.


The next letter is U. Which stands for understanding key motivators. Why are you really doing this?


Are you doing this to look good for someone? Are trying to look good for beach? Are you trying to get abs? Are you trying to get jacked arms? Are you trying to get my confidence?


As you can see.. just like the physical goals or objectives.. there are a lot of key motivators of why you should want to start a transformation of yourself.


This allows for me to design a specific program for you. Because if you are only caring about weight loss.. that is way different than gaining muscle. If you are wanting to become healthier and don’t care about weight loss.. we make a plan that helps that.


If you want to gain weight at a slow rate instead of just trying to gain mass.. I will create a plan that fits you.


This is a question that I think needs to be focused on quickly and precise because this is something that we start with and hopefully add to it.


So when you are thinking about hiring me as a coach.. let’s figure out why you are? It needs to be more than I just want to lose 30 lbs. Thats a great goal but let’s understand why you want to lose that amount.
