Prep files (flashback Friday)

This will be one of my last prep pictures I will post until show day, but I wanted to share what you can go do in just a few short months.


This was the first day of my mini cut in January and moved right into prep. The first day of my mini cut I weight 167. Today I weighed 150. The top picture are post workout with a pump and the bottom pics are this morning fasted completely.


I set out a future goal 8 months ago to start a mini cut and lead into prep so cutting this prep would be easy and it was by far the easiest prep I’ve ever went through because I was patient and okay with the process and the progress i was seeing.


Actually in May I had asked about a Summer show because I thought I was way ahead of schedule but we agreed to let the gains/shred continue and here were are 4 months later basically


17 lbs in almost 8 months exactly. That’s 2lbs a month for those counting at home... you would be discouraged if that was the rate you were going right?


Why? Because you want more? Don’t we all.. but look at the muscles growing and the fat I’ve lost. That is why you should not look at the scale!!!!


I am now 8 days from peak week... 15 days from show 1 and 22 days from show 2. I feel and look better than I ever have. My mind is clearer than it has been my whole life. My body is reacting to everything perfectly in my opinion. I am so ready for this show.


Just keep going and keep focused on your goals!
