Anxiety hits at an all time high this time of the year... whether it’s the election or sickness or sports or holidays or even tests/projects ...

Anxiety can pop up and get you at anytime... however anxiety can be manifested daily by constantly over thinking.. which then can manifest into other problems which will cause more issues.

You may think over anxiety only being a mental thing but really it’s a full body problem.

As you can see with the picture... anxiety can lead to stomach issues (gut is your second brain), dizziness (anxiety does allow your brain to function at its proper ability), exhaustion (anxiety will keep cortisol high and mess with adrenals and constantly make you feel tired), restlessness (anxiety will have you on the edge of your seat at all times for anything) , burning skin (you feel like you have itchy/burning skin because of the high process of anxiety), and brain fog (anxiety again will not allow your brain to be at a full function and constantly not allow you to get out of a funk).

So as you can see.. anxiety can just hit about every aspect of your body... so no it’s not just in your head.

However it can start and stop in your head if you learn ways to manage your anxiety as much as possible. The more you push it off though.. the worse it can be for you.

You have to learn to balance or manage as much as possible. Learn to meditate, learn to breathe better, learn to eat better, learn to workout properly, learn to sleep better, etc.

There is a lot you can do to help.. but one thing that doesn’t help is preparing for the worst. That is doing nothing but making the current situation worse.

Learn to relax more.. it can be so beneficial.
