PULSE SERIES - Physical Goals and objectives

After working with Sam Miller for the past 6 or so months and learning from him for a year.
This was an easy series I wanted to write about.
This is mostly because when I ask my questions in my questionnaire after we connect about my becoming your coach.
The method is PULSE and everyday I will explain what each letter stands for and why I use that to my advantage to be able to help you more.
The first letter is P which stands for physical goals and objectives. What this means is “why are you doing this?”
Are you doing this to lose 30 lbs in 30 days? Are you trying to pass a PT test? Are you trying to become more active with your kids? Are you trying to get better at a sport? Or Etc.
As you can see there are a ton of reasons why you would come to me. But however if I don’t know why you are.. it makes me not be able to create the best plan for you.
That is a massive problem because you can be very vague about your goals or you can show intent and tell me 100% what you want.
Just because it’s a goal in your mind.. doesn’t mean we can’t try and reach it. Especially if it’s something you have to do.
When you set out on this journey… it’s going to be weird at first because you are saying “I want to… blank…” but how are you going to get there if you keep trying by yourself.
This question allows me to set up a plan tailored just for you.. which is why you hired me.
