I understand that many things will pop in your way when it comes to making a change.
However when it comes to making a change.. you have to keep pushing past those set backs.
When it comes to running, learning, losing weight, gaining weight, etc... you have to remain consistent.
Remaining consistent doesn’t mean you have to be 100% at all times... but however if you are 80%... continue to do that.
Things will constantly be better and get closer to the goals you are looking for.
Not everything is going to be perfect when it comes challenges or problems arriving.
If you were to give up and not remain consistent.. you have to restart over again. However if you stay with the plan .. eventually the things will begin to come to life.
You deserve what you put out. If you give up.. you are not going to succeed and you don’t exactly deserve to.
That’s not me saying it in a mean way.. but however the people who work their ass off to learn something, run longer, lose weight, gain weight, etc. deserve to get what they are going after.
If we’ve learned anything from Tom Brady and Kobe Bryant over the years.. you will get what you put into it. That winner’s mentality and Mamba mentality is not for everyone... but when you go after what you want... you will get it.
This is why with my clients.. I will constantly praise you... but I will also push you... because I know at anytime you could want to give up on yourself ... but I will not let you in my opinion.
Remain focused... and keep going ... and don’t give up.
