I see and hear it all the time.
I don’t want a boring diet. I don’t want to have your diet. I don’t want to just eat chicken every day. I don’t like rice. Etc etc etc...
I have no idea why you think you would eat like a bodybuilder... if you have no interest or intention on competing?
Yes .. in my opinion those foods are the best to build muscle and lose fat.. as it’s been proven many many many many many times.
However if you want to eat a different carb or protein or fat... then it’s probably really close to the same ones I’m eating.
It’s all about balance and finding what you like the best. The best diet is the one you can stick too. It doesn’t have to be boring like me.
However the “boring” foods I eat seem to be working really good for me and others.
However rice and pasta are pretty close in regards to carbs. Salmon and chicken are close enough in protein.
So switch it up! It’s why when you get a plan from me.. you’ll get many many substitutes because I realize you don’t want to eat the same thing everyday.
I am just trying to get you to realize how easy it is to fix your diet and lifestyle.
