Why do people continually make losing weight or gaining weight so complicated?


They think they need to buy waste trainers, keto drinks, leggings that workout your butt?, detox drinks, or anything ridiculous thing you’ve seen on social media.


If your animal is overweight.. they tell you to give it more exercise and watch their portions..


So why is it different than what you should do?


It’s because you see it on social media and think that is what I need to use or do to achieve your goal..


Well moving more and eating in a calorie deficit will always be the winner..


Now.. yes you need to be smart with that process though.


You need to eat in a calorie deficit at a slow pace... you need to exercise smart and not overdo it.


But however.. pretty much everything you see an influencer selling is a whole bunch of hoopla.


Losing weight can be so simple... gaining weight can be so simple ..


Yet we try and make it way more complicated and get discouraged when things don’t work out.
