Stop believing everything you read

The picture for this blog and the main purpose of this blog is a basic example.

Do not think this is the best example of things that don’t matter... everyone is different.

However for the general population of people looking to lose weight and lose fat... these tips do not matter when it comes to that.

If you want to eat three times a day and be hungrier throughout the day... feel free .. but if you want to eat six meals a day and be Fuller throughout the day... that works as well. 2000 calories is 2000 calories whether it’s multipled by 3,4,5 .. etc

Same thing with calories though works with carbs. I’ll never understand how 26 grams of carbs from an Apple is worse for you at 9pm than it is at 1pm... but here we are ha. I eat an apple every night because it helps with muscle recovery, digestion, and keeps me full as I watch TV. Carbs are linked to being bad because usually night time carbs are bad carbs... I’m looking at you half full bag of chips.

Working out fasted is a terrible idea in my opinion unless fasted cardio and I really only like that because it makes you get your cardio out of the way early on and start your day feeling great. It isn’t the ultimate fat loss tool... it does help though. Working out fasted can cause some problems... eat the apple and protein before your workout at least.

“I didn’t sweat that much”... who cares? “My watch says I only burnt 250 calories”... who cares? Sweating and an electronic device does not make you lose more fat. I will never understand how a watch knows how many Calories you’ve burned and I don’t think I’ve ever sweated during an arm workout ha.


Supplements.... a supplement isn’t a magical pill... it’s a supplement to what you are currently doing. Stop watching infomercials, seeing ads on Facebook, or what influencers tell you to take... if you are not in caloric deficit... these don’t help.. trust me. Same thing with protein... drinking protein will not make you look like Arnold.. trust me.
