Stop delaying the solution

Yes I know.. you were taught calories in and calories out is the beat way to lose weight... maybe Dr. Oz taught you that or a family member.
While yes that is somewhat correct.. that doesn’t mean eat like a baby bird and workout like Michael Phelps or go to Orange theory 7 days a week.
You are setting yourself up for massive failure and even worse... you are legit fucking up your body and your hormones.
If you have a messed up thyroid... high cortisol.. leptin severely down... and horrible hormones..
You are just Delaying the plan and the results you want.
Yes you might lose that 20lbs you want quickly... that’s great! You hit your goal... now the insides of your body are screwed up and your body is destroyed...
So now you are upset and mad that you are super depressed and not happy with the transformation that happen..
So what happens? You say screw it and start eating like you used to.
So now you go from eating 1000 calories to eating 2000 calories.. here comes the weight rebound..
Now we have to start all over and fix more problems than one.
I’ll make this short and sweet... slow and steady gets the body you want. Quick and fast fucks up your life...
Trust me.. I’ve done both ways... I’ve watched others do both ways.
I know you want the results quick.. but that’s like destination happiness. You might be happy for a little .. but are you going to be happy for life?
Do not overtrain... do not overdo hiit.. take a rest day.. eat the right amount of food (that isn’t 1000 calories).. be smart and enjoy this. Under eating and overtraining is not the answer. Being smart and enjoying the process is!
You will enjoy this more and your body and insides will as well. Be smart about your plan and solution and stop this revolving door of weight gain and weight loss.
