Stop doing more than you are asked

1. If a coach tells you to do a certain amount of cardio... that is what you are doing. If you begin to do more.. you are burning more calories and potentially more muscle. You are also putting more stress on the body which will cause you to gain fat in the long run even if you think that 250 calories you burned is worth it. Just do the amount we put into the program because we want to balance it out. Cardio will not be the thing that makes your lose weight.
2. If a coach tells you to eat 2000 calories.. that means eat the macros that they give you.. that doesn’t mean eat keto or 1200 calories or whatever else the internet or your friend told you.
If you are doing that, it gives us nothing to work with and you are actually causing your body to have worse long term results.
3. If A coach tells you to workout 4 days.. workout 4 days. If a coach tells you to workout 5 days do that.. we know that your body needs more rest than you probably thing because majority of us used to think 7 days was the only way... and now most of us have had to fix health problems.. we do not want that for you.
Yes you’ll lose the weight.. but you’ll lose testosterone, thyroid production, your cycle , and/or more... how is weight loss more important than that?
4. Stop taking extra things that a coach isn’t telling you to take. Coming from someone who used to take every dumb supplement under the sun.. you just make it worse on your body sometimes.
Especially if that supplement is full of bad things or caffeine.
I get it.. you think you are working harder or better or more... but really you are making it tougher on us. I used to be that annoying client who thought I knew more .. until I really started to think about it.
The DLA lifestyle isn’t just I am going to out work you in terms of work.. it also means in terms of being smart about it because you don’t want to delay the progress.
There is a reason we put things into place.. it’s because we know how to plan it out.
We’ve sat around and thought about it and figured it out for you... you do not have to do any more work.. just do what is planned for you.
We want to optimize your health and get your results.
We know how to feed you more and do less work and still lose weight and gain muscle and recomp your body ... why wouldn’t you want that?
We will be able to get you the results and the things you want to see.. we just have to work together.. you can’t just do your own thing.. we will explain it out and why we fix health.. then we fix the body
