Stop pouring gas on the fire

I understand that you found your workout plan on some website or some friend who is ridiculous shape gave it to you.


I understand that you think going to the gym 7 days a week and doing cardio 7 days a week is the way to “lose weight”.


I understand that the previous thought of calories in vs calories out is the only way out.. so therefore you strive to look at the calories you burn on an app or a watch? Not sure how that works.


However the more gas you pour into the fire... the worse you are making your body.


Weird and crazy right? Not exactly. The more stress and pressure you put on your body.. the more you are destroying your body.


Your cortisol is super high... your stressors on your body are super high.. you are not giving your body a chance to relax.


This is all leading to you gaining weight or fat while trying to lose weight.


This also will happen when you drop your calories a excessive amount and think that’s the way to lose weight... stop!


This is not fine... I know you think what you want to.. but I promise you. Take your rest days. Eat in a caloric deficit... but not a massive one.


Even worse.. when you are constantly putting your body in a stressful state.. you are depleting your hormones or your testosterone.


You could be causing yourself to be more tired when you could feel more awake and alive.. hello adrenals.


You could be destroying your thyroid health... hello terrible conversion.. which leads to more problems.. hair loss, skin conditions , brittle nails.


As you can see... more gas on the fire.. is not fine whatsoever...


Just relax... enjoy the process.. the fire will be there.. just wait.
