Switch up the mindset for 2021 with me

When you get ready to make your New Years resolutions starting on Monday.
You need to be focused using this new plan to fix your physical, mental, and emotional health and let the fat loss just come along with it.
The second you make this resolution about those three things. It is way easier to continue this process because you don’t have a reason to get discouraged or disappointed.
When it comes to making it only about fat or weight loss. You can easily quit when things don’t go your way ... when you making it growth through physical, mental, and emotional.. you will continue this process longer.
Do not set major goals starting next week. That’s why if you work with me, we will go slow. Probably slower than you want.. but I promise you.. you will be happier, healthier, and not have to worry about the backlash that comes with rebound.
I am working with you to improve your health.. not trying to get you to lose a ton of weight and say bye thanks for your money.
If it was that way.. I promise you would hate this process. You would not be physically well after you stop working with me. You would mentally hate every diet after this because you would associate it with bad diets and weight gain and that you can never succeed.
Your emotional wellness would be shot because you would be so disappointed that you lost 10lbs in 4 weeks and then gained 20 lbs in four week.
I want to continue your journey with you. I want 2021 to be the year that you begin to fix things and make a longer lasting effect on your life.
I don’t really care about what weight you lose. That’s just additionally a plus to how I make you feel. But yes we will lose some weight in the process.
