The covid 15 got you didn’t it

Let’s be honest.. you didn’t do anything really active the past year did you?


You spent more time inside this past year than you probably ever have.


You probably haven’t been to a gym or done real workouts in over a year now.


You probably took less than 4000 steps a day and barley got off your couch or desk chair at your house (thanks zoom).


The food you were eating probably wasn’t the greatest quality either because unless you were going to grocery store a lot (which most weren’t).


You were most likely getting food at the drive thru or becoming a top fan of Uber Eats.


Let’s took a look at that app or that credit card statement and see where things went wrong.


Let’s say you didn’t gain 15 or even more lbs in this past year from completely quitting the normal life you had.


It is possible to fix it!


Now.. be smart about how you fix it. Just because you were eating terrible for a year.. you might not have been eating much.


You might also have thyroid problems because of stress. You might have gut problems due to a terrible diet. You might have a cortisol or adrenal problem due to the stress as well.


Your metabolism could really be messed up as well since your diet was not consistent at all.


You can’t fix your body in a week.. but you sure can begin to wreck it.


You do not need to go to the gym 7 days a week. You do not need to only eat 1000 calories a day. You do not need to only do keto.


You have to be proper about fixing the things that have went wrong.


You have to realIze.. this one month.. will lead to a year of happiness and more.
