“I need to eat 2000 calories a day”
“I need to eat 1 gram of protein per my weight”
“I need to eat 1/1/.5 of my body weight when it comes to macros”
As you can see these three statements are pretty much the common ones people use when it comes to a diet plan.
Yet they are confused which one works the best and will give you the best results.
Well all could work in my opinion.
You just have to stay the course.
However the first two can be very easy to follow and hit but you could also be putting your body in a bad state if not careful.
When you just track calories... you might become very low in protein and very high in carbs.
When you just track protein and calories , you could end up eating more or less of another macro and hoping to hit calories.
Diets work best when you stick with them.
You can’t just bounce from diet to diet unfortunately.
You need to focus on what works for you.
However watching your macros is the best diet in my opinion.
Especially when you have a coach doing the diet for you.
Yes it’s more strict but you know exactly what you need to eat and when to eat which is very helpful.
You can also learn to eat other things that still give you that nutritional value which is super helpful.
I hope this helped you out.. if so, let’s work together!
