Two types of pain

There are 2 types of pain,one that breaks you and one that changes you.


In the gym, pain is felt as a result of weakness leaving the body.


Physical pain is the pain of transformation and the pain of progress.


The more you endure, the harder it becomes to accept the thought of failure.


I felt like this post was necessary after the failure post I shared last week.


How much pain are you willing to be in


Are you willing to be in pain so much that you are willing to let it break you?


What is your pain? Is it money? Is it not being there for your kids? Is it time? Is it an excuse you aren’t willing to break?


As you can see.. the pain that is breaking you is something you can fix. The only person who can fix it is you.


If I could guarantee life changing results and life changing growth for a couple thousand dollars... does that break you? Or does the process of continuing to suffer break you?


Or how about.. you spend the money .. you use your time wisely.. you listen to your coach.. you push yourself in the gym... you push yourself in life more to be better for you and your family.


You get rid of the process of “failure” and the process of the pain breaking you.. and you allow the pain to change you.


The day you put money into your health.. is the real start of your process of changing you.


You can say “one day” everyday.. and yet you’ll still be sick and not where you want to be.. why would you want that? Why wouldn’t you want to change?


So which pain are you going to choose? I know which route I’m going. And if you want to change.. I’m here to help you.
