Clients secret journey

Boy this is going to be a fun one...

We have been keeping this a secret for awhile now because we aren’t where we want to be.

But however they sent me a picture of their weight loss journey so far and I had to share it.

We still are working trust me. I’m not letting them quit and I’m not letting this be the end of their journey because I see the big picture.

I’m not going to into details because I want them to eventually share their full story so you can see it is possible.

But during this journey .. we have already dropped 40 lbs... and while that excited both of us.. we know we got more work.

They know I am going to be there along the way. They know I’m there to help. They know I’m there to make the right changes.

They listened to me so well even during Covid times and that was a real big struggle for them and they still crushed the diet so their weight didn’t change.

We are in full go mode now and I can’t wait to get them to the 50lb mark.. that is the next goal.

We haven’t made some changes in awhile and yet things are still working.

So two weeks ago, we switched up the cardio plan. This week we changed the diet, just got rid of some calories, nothing crazy. Also this week, we designed a new workout plan.

We’ve been working together for a little over a year but we had a massive break thanks to covid.

So to this secret client... it is go time and I’ll be there to get you to your goals.
