Let’s talk about you and me... working together to get you to eat better and eat more food.
Let’s talk about all the good things.. that come with eating healthier and more of those foods.
And all the bad things that may be... happening because you aren’t eating a proper diet.
Man.. who doesn’t love some Salt-N-Pepa?
But really?
I got asked a question the other day about how to cycle maintaining weight vs calorie reduction.
So let’s dive in.
Here’s some things you can do to start the process.. you can drop your calories another 250 calories and your weight won’t change that much .. however eventually you’ll hit a point where you can’t drop calories?
Then what?
Well you could take a diet break. Go back to maintenance calories for 2 weeks.
Or you could do the best thing.
You could reverse diet.. yes eat more food! And still lose body fat and barley have a real weight change but eventually weight comes off to.
When you underestimate how little you eat.. you are letting your metabolism to adapt to that.. you are becoming micronutrient deficient.. you are causing more stress.. leading to down regulating your thyroid..
This is why we eat baby ...
Eating will not be the cause of weight loss or weight gain.. but it plays a major part in it.
If you are stressed, not moving, not sleeping, under eating, over training, not digesting properly .. good luck gaining or losing weight.. especially losing.
