May The Force Be With You

The light side of the Fitness Life would easily be the people who just think you can go to the gym, eat “what” you want (whether it’s whatever or low calorie), the people who think fitness is only about nutrition or training, and people who think things will just happen.
The dark side of the Fitness Life would people who train with a purpose, people who eat with a purpose, people who do all the little things in addition to working out and eating, and people who see this as a journey that will save their life.
The reason I say this about the Fitness Life .. is because “everyone” wants to join the Light Side. It’s easy and they welcome anyone.
The dark side though.. very tough to achieve.. it’s very isolated.. it’s not for the weak.. it’s something to constantly strive for.
No body really wants to go alone ... No one really wants to make the real changes.. No one really wants to use the force to get the things they want.
This is why a team effort is the way to go.. and a combination of the two. Using the force to get the things you want can be a combination of the light and dark side.
It took me a long time to really figure that out and it cost me a lot but it’s something I’ve realized and now I can help many others with.
We all have the force to use to get the things we want.. it is just how much of the force you have.. that you want to use.
Find that force and that passion with me and I promise you won’t regret it.
