Why you aren’t making progress

It’s because you are lazy and quit.
Okay I’m kidding. But you probably feel that way don’t you ?
The real reason is because… well actually there is many.
You could be over stressed.
You could be under eating.
You could be doing too much cardio.
You could not be training hard enough.
You could be not recovering properly.
You could not be sleeping enough
You could have a hormonal issue.
You could have a testosterone issue.
You could have done too much cardio and now your body is used to it.
You could be using the same reps and same weights every week.
You could be deficient in nutrients
You could be guessing on your diet
You could be overeating on the weekends.
You could have a gut problem.
So why aren’t you making progress?
Is it one of these issues or is it because you are lazy and/or quit ?
