Monday through Friday you decided to crush it.
Your body was responding great.
You had no real bloat going on.
Your weight was going down everyday or most days.
You didn’t feel sluggish.
You were crushing your water.
You were going to the gym everyday or most days.
You did your cardio that you set out to do or that was part of your program.
Everything was going great for you and you were finally happy with the program and your body.
Then Saturday morning… you went out with the girls.. or you went out with the guys and started your weekend off hard.
Getting that big breakfast. Sometimes getting some alcohol with breakfast or post breakfast.
Then you go out for lunch for something “small” because you have plans that night with the friends again or your friend or significant other..
Then that night you go to dinner and you know you crushed it all week.. so it’s time to enjoy a good meal and a drink… as if you didn’t start your morning that way?
So you eat a bunch of calories and have a drink and you say to yourself.. eh it’s just one day. So you decide to have a dessert with dinner.
Or… you decided to go out and drink with everyone. You stay out all night.
So Sunday morning you wake up..

You have a choice.
You can either continue that fun weekend and push it off until Monday.
Or you can get back into your program and your diet and look at that one day as a fun day and not a wasteful weekend.
This is where a lot of people fail and they blame an entire program.
I don’t know why you would want to waste all this money and time Monday - Friday … just to be in the same spot you were in months ago.
You have to be okay with a process. This isn’t an entire life change. This is a lifestyle change.
