You failed and it’s your fault

Awhile ago I wrote a blog about how it’s my responsibility to hold you accountable.


Yes it is.


But it is also your responsibility to do that. If you didn’t go to the gym at all that week. You can’t blame me for your weight gain.


If you decided to have a weekend binge and eat out everyday… you can’t blame me for the weight gain.


If you decided to drink all weekend or have a bunch of drinks and a pizza.. and continue the next day with mimosas and brunch… it is not my fault you are not reaching your results.


If you are required to check in weekly and you never do.. it’s not my fault that your weight hasn’t changed or even worse.. went up.


This is on you to listen and follow directions and do the work. A basketball coach doesn’t go to a players house to tell them to go to practice.


You think it’s easier because you don’t have to tell me you aren’t doing anything or you are quitting because I can’t see you… it should be harder because you realize you can’t do this on your own.


I’ve helped a bunch of people lose over 20 lbs.. if you listen you can get that type of result too. If you don’t listen to the plan or go to the gym or check in… this is your fault and that sucks.


It really hurts me because I want to help. You deserve to get the same respect you give. If you give me your all.. I give you mine.
