When you look at a meal plan that is given to you… you might have a million questions.


Any time I give a meal plan to someone it’s always responded back the same way… a bunch of questions of what they can switch.


Here are some of them:


Can I have a banana instead of an apple?


Can I have broccoli instead of asparagus?


Can I have salmon instead of chicken?


Can I have steak instead of grass fed beef?


Do the almonds need to be plain?


Can I mix my shake with almond milk?


Can I have a different flavored rice cake?


You are making this way more difficult than it has to be.


These are easy swaps. They are essentially the same thing and the same macros.


You want to enjoy your nutritional plan… I hate the word diet plan because it makes it seem like you can’t enjoy it.


But that’s also why I’m here.. I make it simple for you. I answer you questions… I create the plans for you.
