Whenever it comes to creating a new program for a client.
There is a ton of concerns that come with that person that I’ve noticed.
Mostly it has to do with prior experiences with a coach or a “trainer” at crunch or LA or something or a basic ass training plan they found online.
They usually assume that when you hire me.. I will be just like every other thing they have paid for and won’t adjust to their needs.
Let me be honest… if I don’t do it.. there is almost 100% you won’t do it. If I didn’t do it.. there is almost a 100% chance I wouldn’t have you do it.
I wouldn’t have you do keto unless that was your last option or your absolute best option. Keto doesn’t work for 99.9% of you. I wouldn’t make you eat like that and be that strict.
I wouldn’t have you eat 1000-1200 calorie diets because that just doesn’t work. We need to keep you fed so we can keep training up and help with hormones and weight loss.
I wouldn’t have you do hours of cardio everyday because that does not work. You will end up fat skinny… we have to be smart with your cardio.
I would not have you train everyday.. going to the gym everyday is not best. You need rest.
As you can see the misconception of what you think is a proper way to diet and train is not something I will have you do because I wouldn’t do it.
