I have gained more connections in the Fitness industry over the past two years and I can’t believe the knowledge that I’ve gained.
One of the big things that I’ve learned though is how many times someone came to them from a doctor or friend or family member who told them the same thing...
“Just eat less and workout more” come on.. it’s not that hard right?
That’s the basic answer a doctor will tell you when you come to them when you say you are struggling with weight loss.
So you start to do that and you stress daily about what you are eating... then you go to the gym and just do hours and hours of cardio.
Just to never lose the fat or weight you want and eventually feel worse mentally and physically.
People like me and people who are even smarter than me... we feel for you.
We understand how easy it is to just tell you to do something and never talk to you again.
Well I am here to tell you.. eating less and more cardio is not how you are going to fix your weight loss problems.
Yes you could “lose” weight and hit that number you have been searching for since high school... however what happens then? You stop your progress? Then you progress back up and gain more. Or you lose that weight... then you mess up the inside of your body more than before.
It’s amazing how beneficial a diet can be for you... but also how detrimental a diet can be.
So if you get told that eating less and working out more is your key to your struggles with weight loss... go talk to someone else.
Find that second opinion... that is not that opinion.
