What a cycle

This is something I have learned so much in the past few months because of the course work and podcast I am listening to.
But also because I was dealing with my own thyroid problems.
I never realized the damage that I was putting onto my thyroid and you probably do not know either because you probably have not gotten it tested.
Usually when we go to get blood work done, the only typical thyroid panel they will pull is TSH. That’s great and all but that’s like having half the pieces to an IKEA furniture.
So I went and got my thyroid number checked at the same time I was getting my testosterone and other things checked. (Ask me what you should)
So when I I finally got it checked out, I realized my thyroid was completely messed up.
However I knew prior that is was now.
Once you look at these symptoms that @soniaspil put into the post, you potentially might have a thyroid problem as well.
The thing is though, you will not know unless you get it checked out.
However when you look at the symptoms.. majority of them are had by the typical person. Because due to over working, over stressing, not eating, and more. It is leading to so many other problems.
This shows how the thyroid is messing up due to sleep, which leads to not being able to sleep well, terrible rem sleep, high stress, and more.
As you can see the things you think are normal, might be something that you can fix.
The problem is though... how will you know if you don’t go about learning it!
