You were too dumb to realize how dumb these myths were..
Why?
Read through and I’ll tell you at the end.
Keto is the best way to lose weight. (please just avoid this at all cost pretty much.. unless you want to gain double the weight back when you stop)
Drinking apple cider vinegar will help you burn fat. (That is like the only thing it doesn’t do if we are going to be honest..)
Drinking protein shakes will make you bulky. (Literally a protein shake is the same thing as a piece of chicken... just you can drink it)
Lifting weights will make you bulky. (It will... if that’s what you want and eat like it... trust me I’ve been trying 😂)
You can’t drink diet soda because it’s bad for you. (Thanks Dr. Oz for this stupid take.. yah if you constantly crave sugar.. I wouldn’t drink it because then you’ll crave more)
You can’t have sodium because it hold water weight. (no... okay Well yah.. but you know what holds more water weight...? You being stressed out of your damn mind)
You have to go to the gym 7 days a week. (Please dont do this... you’ll actually probably get fatter or not lose weight.. want to learn why? Ask.)
You have to do cardio every day. (Again... please don’t do this because you could actually put on more fat.. and look like a melted candle.. learn a process.. ask me)
You have to eat less than a 1000 calories to lose weight. (How about I teach you how to eat more and lose more weight..? wouldnt you like that more?)
If you just move more and eat less you will lose weight. (Literally... no... you have to eat smart and move at a smart pace. You do not have to starve yourself and do hours of cardio... learn why with me)
You were too dumb to realize how dumb these myths were.. because I was as well.
I believed everything I was sold.
I listened to so much bullshit. I bought into so much bullshit. And that is what I want to change! I want to fix things for you.
