What I take and why

This will be an interesting blog because this will be based on myself and my supplement intake.
I will run through a list of the supplements that I take on a daily basis and why I take it.

In the morning pre cardio I will take Carnigen from Evogen and Yohimbine HCL.
The reason I take these are this is the best stack for fat loss in my opinion. Carnigen is an L-Carnitine blend , with main focus of L-Carn (2nd best fat burner if properly taken) and Yohimbine HCL (not bark) is the best because of its ability to shut off alpha receptors and target stubborn fat. However be careful with this one!
With breakfast I take Vitamin D3/K2, aspirin, liver protector, fish oil, adrena health, gut defender (last two from nu-ethix) .
The reason I take vit D3/K2 is because of the unreal benefits of not being Vit D deficient. You need Vit D test health, inflammation, bone resilience, and more. I take a liver protector due to use of test (thank you low T). I take fish oil for heart health, inflammation, cholesterol levels, and help again with liver. I take gut defender due to having a horrible gut , this has helped me out tremendously over the past two months and I’ll continue to use until it’s cured. I take Adrena Health to kick start my energy in the morning and keep my stress levels low. This could be your source of caffeine in my opinion , it actually has gotten me to stop drinking it.
With lunch I take Adrena health again, GDA Max (from nu-ethix), and myco brain blend blend.
I take the adrena health one more time to keep my energy high and keep my stress low at work since I’m usually going 100mph when I start and don’t want to have to rely on caffeine. I take GDA Max because it is a glucose deposal agent and that is really beneficial for shuttling the big amounts of carbs right into blood glucose, promotes muscle fullness with them, and supports nutrient partitioning. Then I take a myco brain blend to really help with mid day focus. This thing is like adderal because of the lion mane and other focus nutrients in it.
With pre workout meal I take GDA Max and Utilyze from Nu-Ethix and a product called A-Bolic.
I take GDA Max to shuttle the big carb pre workout into the muscle and get primed for the workout and I take Utilyze to help digest the protein/carb meal (protein shake and cereal) so that way I am not bloated going into the workout. I take A-Bolic pre workout to get a little extra bit of test in it, because it’s been to show to help with free test levels.
For pre workout.. I used EVP 3D, by evogen, it is a non-stim pre workout and I do not like to use caffeine for a workout because it doesn’t do anything for me except make me jittery and that is not what you want. You want a good preworkout that has proper dosages in it and other things that benefit you.
For intra workout.. this is what you need to focus on!!!! I use Gatorade as my intra workout carb (around 20 grams of carbs) , Essential Amino Acids (amino kem by evogen or alpha aminos by ON), 5 g of creatine by ON, and 500mg of pink Himalayan salt.
You use this cocktail to really help with muscle growth, fat loss, keeping cortisol low, and allowing you to crush your workout. This cocktail will change your lifts and change your muscle growth because it allows the muscle to focus on growth during workout and post workout. Because you will not have to worry about cortisol.
Post work out I take GDA Max and Utilyze and Cort-Eaze (Nu-Ethix) Or Ashwaganda , and A-Bolic.
I take GDA Max to shuttle the big carbs post workout into the muscle and get the glycogen for the after the workout and I take Utilyze to help digest the big meal so I am get all the nutrition from it and the proper protein synthesis. I take A-Bolic post workout to get a little extra bit of test post workout to potentially help with test that was used during the workout and replenish what was. I take cort ease or ashwaganda post workout to get my body back to a stress free state because it cortisol is still high post workout, it is causing way more issues than just stress. We want to get out body back to a stress free state. We want the body to focus on muscle growth, not cortisol.
With the last meal of the night I take Vitamin D3/K2, fish oil, and a multivitamin. Sometimes for ashwaganda.
I take more Vitamin D3/K2 and fish oil just for added benefit of previous things. I take a multivitamin to get the extra nutrients I might have missed throughout the day. Such as vitamin b,c, iron, zinc, etc.
If I feel stressed at night I will take more ashwaganda or cort-eaze pre bed so I can feel more relaxed going to bed and be able to focus on sleep more so than everything else.
