Your mindset needs to be shifted from all or nothing.
Your mindset needs to be shifted to small goals over long goals.
You need think of now instead of total.
You need to make things simple not more difficult.
Here is a mindset that I see majority of the time.
“I want to lose 20, 30, or 40 lbs, how quickly can I get there?”
Well you can get there very quickly. Trust me.
However that will mean you will cut out all your calories, become way too food crazy, cut out all your favorite foods (looking at you burgers), and over stress yourself!
You think extreme measures is the best way to fix you. However that is the best way to screw yourself.
You can’t think total. You have to think now and here.
If you set a goal of 1lb or 1lb a week. You will be happier each day or each week or each month. Plus your body will be happier. Your mind will be happier.
Plus you’ll be able to drink and eat more food!
No I’m not saying do that all the time, but if you restrict yourself.. you are looking at it as all or nothing and instead it should be some and some.
Do not make things harder for yourself .. make it simpler. This is why we work together .. I will help you hit small goals as we get towards the end goal!
