If you think that you are making your diet harder or more complicated than it needs to be..
Trust me...
You for sure are.
One of my favorite questions I get asked is “what foods are good to eat to lose weight”?
Well.... it’s the same foods that are good to eat when you want to gain weight.
It’s just less of it.
I have no idea why carbs get a bad rap for how amazing they are.
That is why I will never understand the keto thing?
Why would you want to eat no carbs and tell people how great a diet is....
When you could 100 more carbs than that and lose the same amount of weight and keep it off instead of gaining that weight back and most likely more.
To lose weight... eat in a caloric deficit..
To gain weight... eat in a caloric surplus..
You don’t have to eat like a bodybuilder for results ...
You just need to be consistent.
That’s the main problem when it comes to either of your goals.
So when it comes to eating for weight loss or weight gain..
Stop trying to make it so complicated... just be consistent
