Which percentage are you with?

So we live in a fear based world now a days.. where everything you hear or see you should be scared of.
You are told to fear this or that. You are told to avoid this or that. You are told that you should do this or that.
But yet when it comes to the actual health.. you think you begin to know best without doing the work or doing the research.
I’m America we are now surpassing 40% of the population being obese. We are now surpassing 70% that are overweight.
Trust me I’m all here for the love yourself for yourself thing. But however if you are putting yourself or family at risk is it really worth it?
Also if you think you know everything and anything there is about diet, nutrition, cardio, or working out … and I don’t… why do you feel or look the way you do?
Was that harsh? It wasn’t meant to be.. it was meant to show you that should just follow and listen to my guidance. There is nothing special about me.. except I don’t want to be a part of those percentages and to be honest..
I don’t want you a part of those either. I want you healthy and getting the things you want for yourself more.
