Why are you dreading your progress?

This year will be the year you actually change yourself.
This past year has shown you that the more you wait.. the worse it can be.
Whatever health problems or conditions or weight loss goal you had on this week last year.. was delayed again.
So now this year.. you are going to work with someone.. you aren’t going to give up.
You are going to get rid of the people who aren’t there for you. You are going to be proud of yourself.
You must be okay with the process. Win small. Track your progress. Write down how your lifts have improved.
Write down how your weight has changed whether it was up or down.
When you begin to block out the negativity in your life whether it is from yourself or from outside people in your life.
Do not dread your progress... track your progress. Be proud of yourself and what is coming your way.
Make small goals and when you reach them, be proud of that.
Do not look at long term goals as something that isn’t attainable... it’s only not going to happen if you give up.
The second you dread your progress and start talking bad about yourself and/or listen to people tell you that you can’t do something... that is when progress will stop.
Do not stop... do not dread the progress of what is coming your way. Get rid of the negative things and then allow the good things to come your way.
Let’s work together!
Ok
