Why are you wasting your money?

I shared post the other day and it got a huge amount of traffic and it kind of made me realize..
A lot of you are wasting your money and you even know you are but yet you keep doing it?
The post says “Honestly I’m so sick of seeing rich-girl fitness. Don’t show me pretty vegan smoothies in mason jars held by a girl with perfect make up, a manicure, and a color-coordinated running outfit. Show me diets and workouts that I can manage while I’m working 13 hour days and living on a budget. Show me how to eat healthy when I have 5 minutes for lunch. Show me small things I can do to help my body. Show me workout plans that I can do outside of the gym when I can’t afford a membership. I don’t have time. I don’t have money. Half the time I don’t have the motivation to get up in the morning. But I have a body. I want to be healthy.”
But yet you constantly think you need to buy that program or supplement you saw online because that advertising got you.
You can complain that you don’t have time or money.. yet you do. In a sense. You could walk for 30 minutes a day. You choose not to.
You could spend $100 on your health but you’d rather save it for “something” or spend it on useless things.
You try and follow a program that is very cookie cutter and set up for “everyone” instead of spending money on someone like.. cough cough… me
I’m not saying it has to be me.. but should be someone like me. Someone who designs a program and nutrition plan for you. Instead of selling an ebook or a program on a website that you who works as a nurse and has three kids.. is trying to do the same program as the college student who has one class.
How does that make sense? It didn’t but yet you see you a built guy or skinny girl and buy it.. thinking you’ll get the same results.
So why are you wasting your money on nonsense?
