Why ruin your plan

Weight loss is never a fun thing to do because there will be things that happen that will discourage you.


However the things that discourage us are usually something that shouldn’t.


It could be something as simple as you are too late each day, you slept like crap, you haven’t went to the bathroom yet, you had a crazy workout yesterday, or you just didn’t move yesterday.


However if you have lost weight over time and all the sudden the weight goes up a little.. you want to give up ?


Like the post says... that’s like winning a ton of money and then losing your last bet and losing just a little and coming home and telling everyone you had a bad trip.


I would be pumped to lose all that weight and then gain a little extra because then that means my body has adjusted and it’s time to switch things up.


You’ll want to be happy about things you have done instead of getting upset anytime things don’t go your way.


Just cause you lost that $200 bet doesn’t mean you would sit in your room for the rest of trip and pout.


Yet if you gain 2lbs from stress, over eating, vacation, or whatever... you are ready to give up on all your progress.


You have to learn that this is a process.. it is not something you can just have happen. Especially if you lose 5lbs in one week.. that wasn’t really 5lbs. So don’t give up or complain when you gain 1lb.


Let’s work together and I won’t let you sweat that $200 bet because we are going to win that $20000 bet.
