Why/Where do you start? Please read and share!

Why are you starting a new journey? Where do you want to start? Why do you want to start being a better you? How do you start? Why shouldn’t you start? Who should
you connect with to start?
I’m sure these questions, if not more are some of the reasons you are following this page or reading this blog.
We have all been there. We all had to find a reason to start. Whether it was to achieve a goal, win a challenge, run a race, lose weight for health, or any other number of reasons.
Let’s take a look at mine. I found my reason to start because I was unhappy with where I was and I wanted to fix it but I also wanted to compete in Mens Physique. So next, where did I start? I began to do research for myself, I began to ask other people for help, and finally I reached out to a Personal Trainer who I trusted.
It was easy to start there. I had a reason why I wanted to start. I had a way to start. I had no reasons I shouldn’t start.
That is why I am writing this blog is to help you understand that we all start somewhere. There is a quote in the Fitness world that says “even Mr. Olympia started somewhere”. What this means is that even at their weakest, their worst, their beginning, Mr. Olympia had a way and a reason to start.
That is what I am here to help with. If you come to me with a reason to start, I can help you start. You do not have to have all the tools and abilities to start, all I need is a reason to start.
So how do you start? You can connect with me via any social media if we are friends. You can follow along on the Don’t Let Anyone Facebook Page. You can follow along on the Wix App with Don’t Let Anyone. From there we will gather some information about why you are starting and what you are wanting out of this. Really it comes down to your goals and how you want to achieve them. I will write up the workout plan and the nutrition plan and we will get to work.
From there you will have the ability to communicate with me at anytime. A guidance plan to understand the important things to help you start and reach your goals. Other food substitutes so you do not have to a bland diet!
As you can see, this is where you start, this is how you start, and this is why you start. You could have had any reason pop into your head of why you should start, but the real reason is because people like myself are here to help you.
We want to help you reach your goals, that is why we got into this. We understand where you are because the majority of us have been there. We understand the time and patience it takes to help you reach your goals and we want to be there to help you the entire way because it makes us just as happy as you.
