Why your training sucks

You are following your friends.. your family… your co workers… some random plan oh found on bodybuilding.com, some random plan you bought from some random person on the internet.
This persons plan is #1 on the search engine on google so it must be good for me.
This person has the most reviews and downloads on bodyspace.
You are doing something that isn’t working but yet you are still going to push through the 6 week challenge.
You are doing the bare minimum intensity at the gym because it says do 8-12 reps and you finish those 12 reps with reps still left in the tank.
You are more focused on doing cardio at the end of the workout that you barley push yourself during the workout.
You actually do cardio before a workout.. therefore you are too tired to do a workout.
You do the same workouts and the same reps with the same weights every week.
You do the same amount of cardio and the same type of cardio every week.
You think you “know” your body even though not shit has worked.
Your training program that you have been doing hasn’t been working.. so why are you still doing the same thing?
I saw a picture the other day and it would someone using those little bands you put around your legs.. and it said imagine waiting 7 months to not go to the gym… just to do this.
When you go to the gym.. it needs to have a purpose. The cardio you do needs to be done right. The workouts you do need to be at least intense. Yes you can through the motions.. but you are saying your time.
I used to care only about the reps and the sets.. now I care more about how I do those sets and reps. I need to feel it. I need to push myself. I wasted a lot of time and made my training programs suck.. I don’t want the same for you!
