Yikes... that was kinda harsh for a Monday morning wasn’t it?


Well to be honest.. too bad. I’m tired of you doing that yourself and not being happy.


I want you to be happy and get the good body you want more so than I want that for myself.


If you don’t believe me.. look at how I fixed others and have responded to their changes.


So did the headline or the picture catch your eye more?


So what do I mean “you are eating less and getting fat”


Your metabolic capacity has finally hit its match... you can’t beat it.. I mean you can but enjoy 800 calories a day.. I’m kidding.


Longer you diet.. (and how you probably diet) the more your metabolism slows down. This slows your calorie burning rate down. Also destroyed thyroid and produce less of the hormone.


Hormones have finally told you.. I win and you lose. The longer you diet .. your weight loss finally stalls out. This is because .. tada.. your metabolic capacity has dropped off completely.


So you set a goal.. got half that goal.. the only “option” is to cut calories again right...? Or just say screw it im done.. time to eat more again.


Both wrong! If you do either .. you will continue to get fat. You will not lose weight and you will actually gain weight.


You will begin to eat like you normally did.. not like you were in a deficit.. and guess what here comes the rebound because you didn’t have a plan!


You are causing yourself to feel and look this way.. doesn’t that really suck?
